Can I exchange an item that is damaged?Updated 2 months ago

We are confident in the quality and durability of our Pvolve equipment, but in the rare event that something goes wrong, your purchase includes a one-year warranty replacement from your order date which covers manufacturing defects and functional damage.  

To process your warranty claim, please email us HERE and include the following details: 

  • Your Order # 
  • Images of the damaged item(s)  
  • The best mailing address for your replacement item

CONDITIONS

The following conditions apply to Pvolve's acceptance of any warranty claim:

  • Limit of one warranty claim per item purchased.
  • Excludes Apparel, DVDs, Digital Membership, and Recover 9.
  • Covers manufacturing defects and functional damage.
  • Does NOT cover general wear and tear resulting from normal use. As with any exercise equipment that is used frequently, you may have to replace equipment over time.
  • Does NOT cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, lack of proof of purchase, improper storage conditions, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines
  • Email address or name used in the original pvolve.com order or Amazon order number MUST match the name of the person requesting the replacement
  • Resold equipment is NOT eligible for replacement or warranty
