Generally, we recommend starting with the workouts in the Get Started category under your Classes tab. If you prefer a slower pace, look for videos labeled SLOW BEGINNER. For a quicker pace, check out the ones labeled BEGINNER. OR join one of our structured programs under the Get Started row on our Series Page or the Getting Started: Goal-based Calendars row on the Calendars Page.
