If your PVOLVE equipment order has not arrived, please contact PVOLVE Member Support directly at [email protected]. You can expect a reply within 24 business hours. PVOLVE will manage your request directly and follow up with you to ensure the order is handled appropriately.

 

When contacting PVOLVE, please include:

  • A note that you are a Weight Watchers member
  • Your PVOLVE Equipment Order Number
