PVOLVE Healthy Aging Clinical StudyUpdated 3 hours ago
We studied women across pre-, peri-, and post-menopause and compared PVOLVE to standard physical activity guidelines issued by institutions like CDC and the World Health Organization (150 minutes of moderate cardio + strength training). Women following PVOLVE saw greater improvements in:
- Strength
- Mobility
- Flexibility
- Balance
- Energy
- Lean muscle mass
- Exercise enjoyment
What this really tells us: Not all exercise is created equal. While general activity guidelines provide an important foundation, the type of exercise you do matters. Programs that are designed with specificity, accessibility, progression, and enjoyment in mind can deliver broader benefits and help people stay consistent over time.
