The science behind PVOLVE.Updated 3 hours ago

Many fitness programs claim to be "science-backed." Often, that means they are borrowing science from studies conducted elsewhere rather than testing their own method. But very few fitness brands actually invest in independent clinical research on their own method — because it’s expensive, time-intensive, and difficult to execute. PVOLVE does.

We invest in independent clinical research to evaluate the PVOLVE Method itself, studying how our programming, equipment, and movement system affect real women.

Why does that matter? Because exercise is a prescription. The right approach can improve strength, mobility, function, and long-term health. The wrong approach can contribute to fatigue, injury, burnout, or simply fail to deliver meaningful results.

We're particularly committed to advancing research in women, a population that has historically been underserved and underrepresented in exercise and health research.
