Pvolve Ankle Weights are designed to target the thighs, glutes, and hips. Our Ankle Weights come in two different weights: Light (1.5lb) and Heavy (3lb).
The sand-filled weights strap on at the ankle and add resistance to every movement of the lower body.

How do I Use the Ankle Weights?
Movements with the Ankle Weights can be done both standing and on the mat. Ankle weights are recommended at any point in your Pvolve journey as they are used in various stepping patterns and leg lifts at a low range of motion to target the thighs and glutes.
