Which P.3 trainer band should I use?Updated 7 months ago

We recommend using the longer band if you’re 5’6” or taller or have any shoulder or neck sensitivity. Generally, you can start with the longer band for standing exercises and the shorter band for mat work and adjust accordingly if you would like more or less resistance.
