Strength & Sculpt
Our signature 55-minute class blends controlled sculpting exercises with resistance training to strengthen and tone the entire body. Incorporating both standing and mat work, you’ll fire up every muscle all while improving your balance and mobility, so you feel stronger, longer, and more energized than when you started. Available in all studios.
Our 55-minute cardio class will increase your heart rate and challenge your body. Using your own body weight and a variety of our equipment, Cardio Burn brings on the intensity with increased reps, faster tempos, and planks and jumps throughout. This class is specifically choreographed to music so expect a fun, sweaty and faster-paced cardiovascular workout. Available in al studios (rolled out in franchise locations after launch).

Sculpt & Burn
Sculpt & Burn combines the best of both worlds- the targeted sculpting exercises in Strength & Sculpt with cardio bursts to sculpt your total body and strengthen your heart muscle. The class ebbs and flows between different pacing and includes both standing and mat exercises to fire up your whole body. Available in P.volve-owned studios only.
Progressive Weight Training
This full-body strength-training class is designed to overload your muscles as you utilize heavier weights to build lean muscle and avoid plateauing. Muscle increases your metabolism and should be incorporated if weight loss is a goal. We will use a range of weights and integrate both standing and mat exercises to strengthen your full body. Available in P.volve-owned studios only.
Sculpt & Stretch
Sculpt & Release blends our signature low- impact, toning class with recovery to both strengthen and soothe your body. You’ll start with our targeted sculpting exercises for total body activation and end with different recovery techniques, leaving rejuvenated from head to toe. Available in P.volve-owned studios only.
