The workouts use the equipment in our Essentials Kit, including our p.band, p.ball strap, heavy ankle band, gliders, and 1.5 lb. ankle weights. Additionally, some workouts include 2-lb hand weights and a sturdy chair/pillow to help maintain alignment/form. Our Method is based around the magic that happens when you use our movement and equipment together however equipment substitutions are given within the series if you want to taste our approach first.
