This all depends on your goals and what you're aiming to accomplish! We offer a 7-day free trial to our on-demand platform and recommend that everyone watch Getting Started: Moves to Master to become familiar with our signature moves and terminology.
If you like what you see, choose a subscription that works for you and continue exercising with videos that match any equipment you've purchased. No equipment? No problem. You can always do our workouts using your own body weight or focus on those that don't use any tools.
We recommend starting off with the Essentials Kit and the Getting Started: 30-Day Essentials Series. After getting into your series, it's a great time to hop into a Foundation class on our Live Virtual Studio, or any of our P.volve 101 workshops to obtain live feedback from our trainers and connect with other members of the community.
