As long as you don't have any restrictions from your physician, P.volve is perfectly safe to do throughout pregnancy.
In fact, there are quite a few benefits, as exercising throughout pregnancy is shown to aid in labor and delivery as well as postnatal recovery. That is why we created and are continually adding to our “Pre Natal” workouts, found in our “Women’s Wellness” category.

The P.volve program is high-intensity but low-impact, and our emphasis on postural alignment, strength training, flexibility, toning and circulation will meet your needs throughout pregnancy and post-pregnancy.
You will activate your upper back muscles and the muscles that keep your spine aligned to counter the postural changes that occur throughout pregnancy. You will also strengthen the glutes, inner thighs, pelvic floor, deep core and lower back muscles — muscles that assist in a healthy pregnancy and delivery.
