Equipment and Apparel Returns
All items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. We do not refund original shipping and handling charges or cover return shipping fees.
- Returns on equipment must be returned in the original, unopened packaging. Any equipment returns that do not meet our policy standards will not be accepted
- Returns on apparel must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused in the original packaging. Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any apparel returns that do not meet our policy standards will not be accepted
- We do not accept exchanges on equipment, apparel, or accept partial refunds for items that came as part of a set or kit
Kit and Set Purchases Only
- For any purchase of a kit or set, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. That means you can give our equipment a try and if within 30 days you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll issue a full refund — no questions asked
- This refund must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date and all equipment must be returned to be eligible
When can I expect my refund?
- We refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed
- Refunds are processed in the form of the original method of payment, such as the credit card used for the order
- If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account
