Equipment and Apparel Returns
We hope you love your items, but if not, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt. We do not refund original shipping and handling charges or cover return shipping fees.
- Returns on equipment that is not a part of a set or kit must be returned in the original, unopened packaging within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Any equipment returns that do not meet our policy standards will not be accepted
- Returns on apparel must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused in the original packaging. Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any apparel returns that do not meet our policy standards will not be accepted
- We do not accept exchanges on equipment, apparel, or accept partial refunds for items that came as part of a set or kit
Kit and Set Purchases Only
For any purchase of a kit or set, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Give our equipment a try and if within 30 days you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll issue a full refund - no questions asked.
- This refund must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date and all equipment must be returned to be eligible.
Digital Membership Refunds
Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period.
At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our members ("credits"). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance.
When can I expect my refund?
We process any applicable refunds as soon as we receive the delivery in our warehouse and get an email confirmation that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account
