Shipping Information

• Orders ship Monday through Friday.
• Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. EST ship the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST ship the next business day.
• Orders are not shipped on weekends or nationally observed holidays.

Ground Shipping

• Most orders shipped via Ground Shipping arrive within 2–5 business days.
• Ground Shipping costs $12.95 for orders under $125.
• Free Ground Shipping is available for orders over $125 within the contiguous United States.

Subscription Products

• Free shipping for subscription products (such as Sculpt 9) is available within the contiguous U.S. only and excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

Express Shipping

• Express Shipping rates vary depending on the destination address.
• Express shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Delivery Disclaimer
Delivery dates for both domestic and international shipments are not guaranteed. Transit times may be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Address
If an order is delivered to an incorrect address due to a customer error or failure to verify shipping details, and the package is not returned to our warehouse, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the replacement product and any additional shipping fees.
