Yes, you need WiFi to stream workouts.
For the best streaming experience, we recommend a minimum download speed of 10 megabits per second (Mbps), and an upload speed of at least 1Mbps.
We suggest conducting a speed test on a WiFi-connected mobile device to verify your connection speeds. To test your connection, visit Speedtest.net in the same location where you plan on exercising. Please turn your cellular data off and conduct the test on your WiFi to ensure that you have the recommended minimum download and upload speed.
