When purchasing a digital membership, your on-demand access will only begin after you activate it.
After your purchase:
- After completing the checkout process and placing your order, you will be brought to the order confirmation page
- If you'd like to activate your subscription right away, click 'Activate Streaming Subscription'
- You will then be brought to the registration screen to complete the activation process
- All digital membership activations will require credit card entry to ensure your membership is renewed at the end of your plan. You will not be billed until your membership renewal
- A $1 authorization will be processed, but this is returned to your account after a few business days
Can I wait for my equipment to arrive before I activate my membership?
- Yes, you should receive an order confirmation e-mail with a link to activate your digital membership
- Follow the activation link in the confirmation e-mail when you're ready to begin your on-demand access and complete the registration process
I'm already an active member, how do I add a new subscription plan to my account?
- If you're an existing subscriber, we recommend following the steps above right away in order to add your new membership access to your account
- Once activated, the new plan will be applied to your account and will automatically begin at the end of your current billing period
- You will not be re-billed for your previous membership
