In terms of getting back to exercise, your postpartum checkup is usually around 6 weeks. Once cleared by your doctor to exercise, P.volve is a great postnatal workout.
We recommend starting with the Foundation workouts without equipment to get back in the groove. Always listen to your body, rest as needed and take things gradually. Once you are confident with your form and feeling stronger, you can add the equipment and increase the intensity.
As you move, continually check your posture and pay close attention to the trainers' tips about form. You'll rebuild strength in your glutes, pelvic floor, and abdominals, and our emphasis on postural alignment, strength training, flexibility and toning will assist your healing post pregnancy.
