However, always be careful with changes in your balance. You may need to stay away from the slant board as your pregnancy progresses, simply because your balance is changing so quickly and the weight of the baby is already pulling you forward in space.
Also, you may want to eliminate using gliders in your third trimester due to pelvic instability with the hormone Relaxin, which is providing more flexibility within the pelvic bones and muscles.
We recommend our ankle weights, ankle bands and p.ball to maximize glute and hip strength as well as the p.band and hand weights to keep your upper body strong.
