With two interchangeable resistance bands (long and short) and two handle options (a traditional handle and a 1.5 lb. ball), our innovative P.3 Trainer is an all-over toning system that works legs, glutes, arms, core, and a whole lot more.

Using the p.3 trainer

Movements with the P.3 can be done both standing or on the P.mat. The weighted ball, however, is only recommended for work on the floor. When using the ball overhead, use your forefinger and thumb around the notch to secure your grip.  When using the ball on the mat, hold on top to secure your grip. 

Care Instructions

Avoid exposing the P.3 trainer to rough, sharp or abrasive objects or surfaces, or to excessive sunlight.
Hand wash the P.3 trainer with a damp soft cloth and warm soapy water. Store in a cool, dry place.
