Since P.volve is high-intensity but low-impact on the joints, it’s a versatile workout that can fit in EVERY BODY’s routine.
Our movements provide many benefits, for older clients; they find P.volve helps to increase range of motion and mobility (particularly in the hips), build better postural alignment, build strong bones and muscles and increase stability to prevent falls.

Modify your moves
- If balance is an issue, start with a chair or countertop like the Modifier in these workouts!
- In terms of equipment, anything that adds resistance will help you move with control and reap the benefits of building strength. We specifically recommend our p.band, p.ball, heavy & light ankle bands and hand weights.
- Remember to listen to the trainers’ cues and work within your range of motion. Everyone will look a little different, so follow your sensations! It’s about feeling your own muscles working, not perfecting a pose.
- Slow down and do less reps if needed. Remember, consistency is key!
