How do I add a workout series to My Plan?
By joining one of our structured programs, you'll be able to keep track of your progress and maximize your results.
Understanding Structured Programs
- Scroll down on the Library page to view available structured programs
- You can view all Series, or select from categories:
- The Foundation — New to P.volve, or need a refresher? This series is for you
- A Week or Less — Series that can be completed in 1 week or less
- A Week Plus — Series that take longer than 1-week to complete
- Click or tap to See All, or use the arrows to scroll available series you can join
Viewing a Series
- Click See More to view average workout duration, the number of days in a series, and more
- You can also use the series highlights to see if it's a good fit for you
- Focus — Parts of the body that will see and feel the most impact
- Benefit — Looking to tone? Increase flexibility? The benefit details of a series should help
- Type — The P.volve workout category this series belongs to
