P.volve's main principle (and why we are so different from other workouts) is that pain does not mean gain. We believe you can work out pain-free and still get amazing results that will keep you in the best shape possible without running the risk of injury or breakdown.
However, if you find that the workouts are not challenging enough for you, try two things:
First, be sure to review the individual video tutorials like the "Getting Started: Moves toMaster" series that break down form to ensure you are properly executing the exercises
Second, once you nail down proper form, try some of our more advanced On-Demand workouts that increase the intensity
