P.volve is a light resistance-based method, so none of the moves should cause increased stress on a prolapse.
With prolapse, you want to ensure that you are stabilizing the core during exercise, and moving your breath. In fact, it can help with functional use of your core and actually improve symptoms when done consistently and correctly.
