P.volve ankle weights are designed to target the thighs, glutes, and hips. Our ankle weights come in two different weights: Light (1.5lb) and Heavy (3lb).
The sand-filled weights strap on at the ankle and add resistance to every movement of the lower body.

How do I use the ankle weights?
Movements with the ankle weights can be done both standing and on the mat. Ankle weights are recommended at any point in your P.volve journey.
The 3 lb. ankle weights are used in various stepping patterns and leg lifts at a low range of motion to target the thighs and glutes.
The 1.5 lb. ankle weights are used in movements performed at a higher range of motion to target the thighs and glutes!
