Casted workouts aren't tracking in my completed workouts! How can I fix this?Updated 10 months ago
We apologize for this inconvenience here! We want to make sure you get credit for every completed workout!
Please try the following steps to update your stats and make sure your hard work is reflected:
- Close the Pvolve app on your mobile device
- Restart the app
If that doesn't do the trick, please delete and reinstall the app. From there, your stats will update.
If your workout hasn't been updated after these steps, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:
- The title and link of the workout
- The exact or approximate date the workout was completed
