We’re sorry to hear that your recent workout didn’t track properly. You absolutely deserve credit for every workout you complete!
Troubleshooting Steps
Please try the following steps to update your stats and make sure your hard work is reflected:
- Close the Pvolve app on your mobile device
- Restart the app
If that doesn't do the trick, please delete and reinstall the app. From there, your Workout History should update.
If your workout hasn't been updated after these steps, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:
- The title and link of the workout
- The exact or approximate date the workout was completed
