If our Member Experience team asks you for the lot number from your equipment, use the guide below to locate it.
Lot number example: 1271138-04302026
The exact format may vary depending on the equipment.
P.ball Cage
Where to find it: Open the P.ball cage and locate the small white wash label sewn into the interior.
Heavy Resistance Band
Where to find it: Open the heavy resistance band and locate the small tag near fasteners.
P.band
Where to find it: Look inside the wrist cuff for the small white care label.
P.3 Trainer
Where to find it: Look along the ankle cuff for the small white care label.
Ankle Weights
Where to find it: Lift the Velcro flap and look for the small white care label sewn into the weight near the closure.
Ankle Bands
Where to find it: Look along the ankle cuff beside the Velcro section for the small white care label.
Precision Mat
Where to find it: Flip the mat over. The lot number is printed directly on the rubber side of the mat.
Slant Board
Where to find it: Open the Slant Board and look on the interior wood surface for the white LOT# sticker.
Massage Balls
Where to find it: Look inside the mesh storage bag. The lot number is printed on a white label sewn into the interior seam.
Foam Roller
Where to find it: Look inside the hollow center of the Foam Roller for the small lot-number sticker.
Booty Bands
Where to find it: Open the mesh storage bag and look along the interior seam for the small white care label.
Training Gloves
Where to find it: Look inside the glove near the cuff for the small white care label.
Body Bands
Where to find it: Open the mesh storage bag and look along the interior seam for the small white care label.
