By joining one of our structured series or following a calendar, you'll be able to track your progress and get the most out of your workouts! You can join multiple series and follow several calendars to further enhance your routine.
How to Join a Series
- Head to your Series tab
- Select the Series you’d like to follow
- Click "Join Series"
How to Follow a Calendar
- Head to your Calendar tab
- Select the calendar you’d like to follow
- Click "Follow Calendar"
After joining a Series or following a Calendar, you can track your progress on your "For You" page. If you'd like to leave a Series or Calendar, simply go to the Series or Calendar page and click "Leave."
