How to join a Series or follow a Calendar. Can I follow multiple Series or Calendars?Updated 2 days ago

By joining one of our structured series or following a calendar, you'll be able to track your progress and get the most out of your workouts! You can join multiple series and follow several calendars to further enhance your routine.


How to Join a Series

  1. Head to your Series tab
  2. Select the Series you’d like to follow
  3. Click "Join Series"


How to Follow a Calendar

  1. Head to your Calendar tab
  2. Select the calendar you’d like to follow
  3. Click "Follow Calendar"

 

After joining a Series or following a Calendar, you can track your progress on your "For You" page. If you'd like to leave a Series or Calendar, simply go to the Series or Calendar page and click "Leave."
