How to use your HSA/FSA on your recent purchase?Updated a month ago

If you placed a recent order that is HSA/FSA eligible, please follow the steps below to submit a claim to your administrator.

  1. Contact your doctor or a Truemed-equivalent service to request a Letter of Medical Necessity. Learn more about the Letter of Medical Necessity here.

  2. Provide your HSA/FSA administrator with the Receipt Requirements for Reimbursement. Learn more about the Receipt Requirements for Reimbursement here.
