• Products may contain natural rubber latex that may cause an allergic reaction. If any irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician.
• Not all exercise is suitable for everyone. Consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program or activity involving use of this product.
• If you experience discomfort while using the product, stop use immediately and consult with a physician.
• Be sure your exercise space is clear of others, walls, furniture, posts, ceilings, ceiling fans, and light fixtures.
• Read and follow all product and care instructions and use product only as intended. Inspect for damage before each use, particularly with respect to products with resistance bands. Do not use if damaged or missing parts.
• Do not overstretch a resistance band. For your protection, take extra care doing resistance exercises aligned with your face or eyes.  Consider wearing eye protection.
• Keep workout equipment and packaging away from children – these are not toys.
