We are confident in the quality and durability of our Pvolve equipment, but in the rare event that something goes wrong, your purchase includes a one-year warranty replacement.
To expedite the processing of your warranty claim, please email us here and include the following details:
- Your Order #
- Images of the damaged item(s)
- The best mailing address for your replacement item
CONDITIONS
Pvolve reserves the right to reject any warranty claims that do not meet the conditions below:
- Limit of one warranty claim per item purchased.
- Excludes Apparel, DVDs, Digital Membership, and Recover 9.
- Covers manufacturing defects and functional damage.
- Does NOT cover general wear and tear as a result of normal use.
- Does NOT cover damage as a result of misuse, unauthorized modifications, lack of proof of purchase, improper storage conditions, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines
- Email or name in the original pvolve.com order or Amazon order number MUST match the name of the person requesting the replacement
- Resold equipment is NOT eligible for replacement or warranty
