Your purchase includes one warranty replacement of each item in your order, within one calendar year of purchase. This warranty excludes Apparel, DVDs, Digital Membership, and Recover 9. Your warranty covers the following scenarios:
- General wear and tear and/or damage
- Theft
Items received in a damaged condition must be reported to our team within 7-days of receipt and will be replaced at no penalty to you.
If an item arrived damaged or was damaged during use, please email us here and include:
- Your Order #
- Images of the damaged item(s)
- The best mailing address for your replacement item(s)
