Can I freeze/pause my Pvolve Studio membership?

Can I use my classes at any location?

Pvolve In-Studio Class packages and memberships can only be used at your home studio. However, if you are an active member, you can “drop-in” to another studio for a $15 fee. Keep in mind, regular penalty fees apply for late cancel and no-show classe

Can I book a class at the studio from my phone?

Yes, you can book online using a web browser! Please log in on www.pvolve.com on your mobile device and book!

Can I use my studio membership at other Pvolve studios?

If you have an Unlimited Burn Membership, you can use them at any studio (NYC, LA, Chi, or San Diego). Your membership will automatically work at any studio.

When should I arrive to class?

When am I charged for my studio membership?

Your studio membership charges you every month on the date you first purchased your studio membership. For example, if you purchased your studio membership on May 5th, your billing date will be the 5th of every month thereafter.
